Design: We extracted total genomic DNA from one Gammarus roeseli individual infected with Dictyocoela muelleri using the Qiagen DNeasy Blood and Tissue kit, according to the protocol for animal tissues (3 h incubation in proteinase-K at 56C and 30 min RNAse treatment at 37C).
